How do I contact your company if my question isn't answered in the FAQ section?

How long do I have to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancelation, a $50 fee will be applied.

Do you offer a referral program?
We do! When you refer someone and they hire us, you will receive 10% off your next service. If you refer more friends, each additional referral will provide you 25% off your next service as a special thank you reward.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
You can make changes to your order by reaching out to our Customer Service Team at mikhael@umbrellamn.com The following changes can be made to your order:
Order Cancellation: Request to have your entire order canceled
Item Cancellation: Request to have an item removed from your order.
Please note that once your account is activated, we are unable to make changes to your order.
